口语交际是人人必需掌握的工具。口语能力的培养,对于每一个年龄段的学生来说都是至关重要的,并且存在着不同程度的难度。作为低阶段的农村学生来说,口语能力的培养更是难上加难,教师肩上的担子更重。那么,农村低年级老师如何做,才能提高农村低年级学生的口语及交际能力呢?在经过几年低年级语文教学的工作后,我有如下的体会:一、转变教师观念,给学生说话的机会刚入学的儿童,说话常常不完整、不规范。因此,要想提高农村低年级学生的口语交际能力,首先要从老师开始,老师必须从思想上转变自己的观念,多给学生说话的机会。对于那些自卑、不愿说话的学生,老师也不能放弃。老师要爱护
