公路工程的施工是一种复杂的多工种协同操作、多项技术的交叉综合应用过程,由此决定着施工企业的技术活动也是多种多样的。公路施工中的管理环节也是纷繁复杂的,广义的施工管理是指工程从施工准备、建筑安装到交工验收的全部施工过程的全面管理,其中包括计划管理、技术管理、质量管理、物资管理、设备管理、劳动管理,经济管理等。狭义的施工管理是指施工过程中生产作业方面的管理,如施工准备、现场作业组织、平衡生产能力、指挥调度等项管理工作。现将广义与狭义的工程施工管理方式进行结合,阐述现实状况下,公路施工管理应该重点掌握的几点管理理念。
