达州市许多服务人员都被要求使用普通话,他们的普通话存在很多问题。由于服务用语语境单纯,常用语数量小,当代的服务人员又有一定的文化水平,相对容易提高。由此,文章在调查研究以及理论的基础上,根据现实情况提出层级划分及相应的提高方案构想,以期帮助达州服务人员说好普通话。
Many of Dazhou’s service personnel are required to use Putonghua, and their Putonghua has many problems. Due to the simple language context of service terms, the small number of commonly used languages and the current service personnel have a certain level of literacy, it is relatively easy to improve. Therefore, based on the investigation and research as well as the theory, the article puts forward the hierarchy division and the corresponding plan for improving the scheme according to the actual situation so as to help Dazhou service personnel to speak Mandarin well.
