为了保证绝缘漆的使用质量,我厂对~#2浸漆系统进行了技术改造,收到良好效果(见本刊1987年第2期)。现对该系统工作原理简介如下。一、结构浸漆系统改造前仅有一只大漆缸。改造后由四部分组成:(1)浸漆部分,原来的大漆缸;(2)贮漆部分,一只带冷却夹层和搅拌装置的密封贮漆缸;(3)动力部分,由一台空压机、真空泵、制冷机及管道控制装置构成;(4)电器控制部分。系统结构如图所示。二、操作原理当需要浸漆时,开启漆阀2、气阀9,空压机把贮存在密闭贮漆缸中的1032漆压至浸
