在过去这个充满巨变的30年中,几乎每一部经济法律法规的诞生和完善背后,都能看到一批商界能人黯然倒下的背影。他们都曾通过异乎寻常的手腕和想象力,创造过声名显赫的商业帝国,并在中国经济发展的某一个阶段扮演着重要的角色。但是,因为与法律的龃龉,他们在30年中先后离开了梦想的舞台。在某种意义上,正是他们的失败或者成功推动了中国经济走向法治的进程,使越来越多的商界同行更加健康,与中国的法制建设一起成长。 In the past 30 years of this tremendous change, behind the birth and perfection of almost every economic law and regulation, one can see the sad decline of a group of businesspeople. They have all created remarkable business empires through their extraordinary wrist and imagination and have played an important role at some stage in China’s economic development. However, due to the coziness with the law, they left the arena of dreams successively in 30 years. In a sense, it is their failure or success that has pushed China’s economy toward the rule of law and made more and more business colleagues healthier and growing together with China’s legal system.
