南通邮政作为全国邮政金融业务发展的第一大局,由于储蓄内部结构不合理,在利率市场化和固定费率政策调整后,受到了市场竞争与发展收益的双重挤压。目前,南通邮储余额达到470亿元(列包括省会局在内的全国市局第一),活期比例为13%;近两年来代理保险规模都在25亿元以上。由于本地的工、农、中、建等大银行都实行了市场利率一浮到顶的政策,并对大客户实行提前支取靠档计息的办法。这一固定费率的经营政策调整后,南通邮政一年将减少业务收入高达4000万元。
Due to the unreasonable internal structure of savings, Nantong Post, as the first overall development of the national postal financial business, has been squeezed by the competition in the market and the development proceeds after the market-oriented interest rate and the fixed-rate policy adjustment. At present, Nantong postal savings balance reached 47 billion yuan (including the provincial capitals, including the National Council first), the current ratio of 13%; in the past two years the scale of agency insurance are more than 2.5 billion yuan. As the local industrial, agricultural, medium and large banks have implemented a market-based floating rate top policy, and the implementation of major customers rely on the early interest-bearing by file approach. After this fixed-rate business policy adjustment, Nantong Post will reduce business revenue by up to 40 million yuan a year.
