阻容情报网第五次全网大会于1984年10月14～20日在江西庐山召斤。出席会议的有97个单位共106名代表。 电子工业部元器件管理局潘尊五副处长出席了会议,并在会上就情报网的整顿问题作了重要发言。网长章士瀛同志在会上作了情报网工作总结报告。《电子元件与材料》编辑部向大会作了工作汇报。
Restricted intelligence network fifth full network of the General Assembly in October 1984 14 to 20 in Lushan, Jiangxi call Jin. A total of 106 representatives from 97 units attended the meeting. Deputy Director Pan Zunwu of the Electronic Components Department of the Ministry of Electronics Industry attended the meeting and made important speeches on rectifying the intelligence network at the meeting. Comrade Zhang Shiying, director of the network made a summary report on the work of the intelligence network at the meeting. The editorial department of “Electronic Components and Materials” made a report to the General Assembly.
