With the improvement of the internal combustion engine efficiency, higher demands are put on the engine bearings. As in the hybrid film lubrication phase, the number of cycles of the energy-saving starting and stopping system crankshaft and bearing pad increases accordingly. A new polyamide-imide-based coating can prevent metal sliding surface wear during this process.
