本文通过对某30毫米全保险型引信在隔离可靠性试验中出现底螺脱落的问题进行分析、试验、计算,提出小口径弹全保险型引信底部内螺纹强度设计准则: 一、按发射强度或隔离安全性强度二者中载荷大的设计螺纹。二、按发射强度与隔离安全性强度之和来设计螺纹。若能满足上述准则,则螺纹强度完全有保证。引值底部内螺纹强度设计只考虑发射时强度,这对非保险型引信是合适的,而对保险型引信是不合适的。本文所提出的设计准则,经在某30毫米引信上验证,螺纹强度满足要求。因此,这一准则对小口径弹全保险型引信底部内螺纹强度设计均适用。
