The kinship terms are the names of the kin members and themselves as determined by themselves as a reflection of a set of special linguistic signs of kinship or marriage. Donggan dialect is a dialect of Shaanxi, Gansu and other places used by survivors of the Hui volunteer forces who were forced to move to Central Asia after the failure of the Hui rebel revival in late Qing China. It has developed independently for over 100 years and has been accredited by Russian, Turkic, Persian and other languages, the formation of a unique kinship system. This article uses description and analysis methods to describe them from three aspects: clan relatives, relatives and relatives, and further summarizes the general characteristics and grammatical features of the relatives’ appellation terms in Donggan language.
