鼻泪管不通多数会自行缓解涂绘玲(北京和睦家医院儿科医生、医学博士):小婴儿鼻泪管不通是一个常见现象。多表现为一只眼睛泪多,有时候还有少量白色分泌物,另一侧多正常,通常不伴随眼睛发红。鼻泪管不通通常无需处理,大多数宝宝6～9个月后会自行缓解。就算是需要手术干预,有研究证明等到6～9个月也不晚。当然,在家早期可辅以手法按摩,按摩部位为眼睛旁鼻梁部位。
