我所研制成功的等离子体喷涂钼基合金涂层活塞环(单体铸造、靠模加工的高点环),经装机运用,结果表明,这种活塞环具有良好的耐磨性能,使用可靠,寿命能达到机车走行50万公里。本文主要介绍喷涂层的性能与使用效果。一、涂层的性能活塞环表面涂层的作用,主要是提高活塞环的耐磨性能,延长使用寿命。涂覆层的材料经筛选、试验,定型为钼基合金涂层。按涂层中合金比例,分为M75—25和M75—35两种,其成份(%)列于表
