研究了淬火——回火,二相区热处理,等温淬火和超高温热处理对低合金超高强度钢37SiMnCrNiMoV的组织和性能的影响。用金相、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了组织和断口形貌。钢的机械性能采用常规检验方法,断裂韧性采用三点弯曲方法测定。试验结果表明,采用淬火—回火热处理工艺获得强度和塑韧性的最佳配合,二相区热处理也可得到同样效果,等温淬火处理有利改善塑性,超高温热处理能有效地提高断裂韧性值。
The effects of quenching-tempering, two-phase zone heat treatment, isothermal quenching and ultra-high temperature heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of low alloy super high strength steel 37SiMnCrNiMoV were studied. The microstructure and fracture morphology were observed by metallography, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The mechanical properties of steel using routine testing methods, fracture toughness measured by three-point bending method. The results show that the best effect of quenching and tempering heat treatment on the strength and ductility is obtained. The same effect can be obtained by two-phase heat treatment. The austempering treatment can improve the ductility and the ultra-high temperature heat treatment can effectively improve the fracture toughness.
