一、前言传统的测试工业炉炉墙表面热损的方法是热平衡法,它是按投入热和产出热之差来估算炉墙热损量。此法参数繁多,计算复杂,不确定因素多,因而误差和计算工作量均较大。另一种粗略的估算方法是以其炉墙表面温度高低来判别表面热损的大小,这是一种不确切的方法。因为表面热损大小除了与表面温度有关外,还与表面的辐射率、风速、环境温度有关。此法仅适用于同一表面上不同部位热损量定性对比。
I. Preface The traditional method of testing the heat loss of the surface of furnace wall is the thermal balance method, which estimates the heat loss of the furnace wall according to the difference between input heat and output heat. This method has a large number of parameters, complicated calculation and many uncertain factors, so the error and calculation workload are large. Another rough estimation method is based on the temperature of the surface of the furnace wall to determine the size of the surface heat loss, which is an imprecise method. This method is only applicable to qualitative comparison of heat loss in different parts of the same surface.
