目的 研究旱生卷柏的化学成分。方法 旱生卷柏的乙醇提取物 ,经水混悬后的不溶物的醋酸乙酯提取部位 ,用硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱制备以及 Sephadex L H- 2 0柱色谱分离纯化 ,得到 4种化学成分。结果 经理化测试和光谱分析确定了化学结构 ,分别是 :大黄素、银杏双黄酮、扁柏双黄酮、穗花杉双黄酮。结论 这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分得 ,大黄素系首次从卷柏科中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Selaginella sinensis. METHODS: The ethanol extract of Selaginella selaginata was extracted with water, and the insoluble ethyl acetate extracts were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography and Sephadex L H-200 column chromatography to obtain four kinds of chemicals. ingredient. Results The chemical structure was determined by the managerial test and spectroscopic analysis. They were: emodin, ginkgo biflavonoids, cypress flavonoids, and panthoganthus flavonoids. Conclusion These compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time, and the emodins were isolated from Selaginellaceae for the first time.
