微生物转化在有机合成上有着独特的地位。虽然甾族化合物的微生物转化应用得非常广泛,但有关大环化合物的微生物转化很少报导,而大环酮又是名贵的麝香系列香料。因此本实验意欲筛选使大环酮发生转化的微生物,同时也希望这些反应能在麝香酮的合成上代替有关化学反应。我们选择了三组典型的催化不同类型反应的微生物。第一组为使甾族化合物发生脱氢的微生物:Mycobacterium Smegmatis,Arthrobacter Sim
Microbial transformation has a unique position in organic synthesis. Although microbial conversion of steroids is widely used, there is little reported microbial conversion of macrocycles, which are valuable musk fragrances. Therefore, this experiment is intended to screen for macrocyclic ketone transformation of microorganisms, but also hope that these reactions can be in the synthesis of musk ketone instead of the chemical reaction.
