基于对湖南省衡南县部分高中的调查发现,历史新课改在农村地区的实行面临着重大的困境,主要表现在缺乏对历史课程的改革意识、缺乏有利于历史新课改的外界支持和缺乏有利于历史新课改的内在因素这三个方面。为了走出困境,应采取加大对农村历史教育的经费投入、设立科学的历史课程评价机制和提升历史教师素质,加强师资力量等多方面措施。
Based on a survey of some high schools in Hengnan County, Hunan Province, it is found that the implementation of the new history curriculum in rural areas is facing major difficulties mainly due to the lack of awareness of the reform of history curriculum and lack of external support in favor of the new historical curriculum reform. Lack of internal factors conducive to the new course of history in these three areas. In order to get out of the predicament, measures such as increasing funding for rural history education, setting up a scientific history curriculum evaluation mechanism, improving the quality of history teachers, and strengthening the teaching staff should be taken.
