多效唑处理后,水稻植株内源脱落酸含量比对照升高452.4%,而吲哚乙酸下降82.1%。用外源GA_3逆转多效唑的抑制作用时,脱落酸含量比单施多效唑的减少61.7%,而吲哚乙酸升高560.6%。用氮肥逆转时,脱落酸含量未发生变化,吲哚乙酸含量升高19.0%。可见,多效唑除调节植物内源GA类物质,吲哚乙酸含量和乙烯释放率外,还调节脱落酸含量。
After paclobutrazol treatment, the content of endogenous abscisic acid in rice plants increased by 452.4% compared with the control, while the indole acetic acid decreased by 82.1%. When the inhibition of PP333 was reversed by exogenous GA 3, the content of ABA decreased by 61.7% and that of indoleacetic acid increased by 560.6% compared with that of paclobutrazol alone. When reversed with nitrogen, the content of abscisic acid did not change, and the content of indole acetic acid increased by 19.0%. Can be seen that paclobutrazol in addition to regulating plant endogenous GA substances, indole acetic acid content and ethylene release rate, but also regulate the abscisic acid content.
