目的探讨正常足月新生儿不同分娩方式头颅CT影像的对比研究。方法对2008-04-2008-06荆州市第三人民医院自然分娩及剖宫产分娩的正常足月新生儿头颅CT进行回顾性分析。结果 (1)50例正常组中自然分娩新生儿脑白质CT值为18~28 Hu,HIE 36例为5~19 Hu,χ2=62.1,P<0.01。(2)50例HIE患儿中,轻度、中度及重度HIE其脑白质形态改变的发生率分别为35.7%,90%及100%。17例中、重度HIE中有6例CT值均大于18 Hu,但均有中到重度的形态改变。结论产道的挤压不会对新生儿颅脑造成损伤。
Objective To study the CT contrast of different modes of delivery in normal term neonates. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on normal full-term newborn skull CT delivered by natural cesarean section and cesarean section at the Third People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City from April 2008 to June 2008. Results (1) The CT value of white matter in neonates with spontaneous childbirth in 18 normal controls was 18 ~ 28 Hu in 50 normal subjects, while the HIE in 36 patients was 5 ~ 19 Hu, χ2 = 62.1, P <0.01. (2) The incidences of white matter changes in mild, moderate and severe HIE in 35 HIE children were 35.7%, 90% and 100% respectively. In 17 cases, the CT values of 6 cases of severe HIE were greater than 18 Hu, but all had moderate to severe morphological changes. Conclusion The birth canal extrusion will not cause damage to the brain of newborn.
