本文介绍C波段长寿命高可靠卫星行波管的寿命试验和寿命数据统计,画出了各个试验管在寿命期间主要参量变化情况。说明行波管器件的寿命分布是服从指数规律的。因此,就可应用指数分布的数学模型和计算公式,来估算卫星行波管的各种寿命指标。我们用了40只管作子样进行了长期寿命试验,采用定时截尾试验方案。总共累积寿命小时数为693,000小时,若取60%和90%的置信度,估算得到行波管的平均寿命(MTBF)为751,627小时和300,977小时。由此便可对试验管作出是否可接收使用的决策。
This article introduces the life test and life data statistics of C-band long-life and high-reliability TWT, and draws the main parameters of each test tube during its life. Shows that the life distribution of traveling wave tube devices is subject to exponential law. Therefore, the exponential distribution of mathematical models and computational formulas can be used to estimate various life indices of satellite traveling-wave tubes. We used a 40-tube sub-sample for long-term life testing, using a time-censored pilot program. The total cumulative lifetime hours are 693,000 hours, with estimated MTBFs of 751,627 hours and 300,977 hours for 60% confidence and 90% confidence. This makes it possible to make test tube decisions about whether it is acceptable for use.
