在教师队伍中存在不少“重教轻育”的教师,他们或者只重视教学,不注重育人,认为育人是政治教师、班主任的事;或者只会教学,不知如何利用学科教学渗透德育内容。实际上,每位教师都是德育工作者,应充分认识到学科教材是德育的载体,发挥学科教学主渠道的作用,不断渗透德育内容,以汇成一股持久的德育合力,从而适应素质教育的育人要求。在数学教学中渗透德育也是素质教育的重要内容,数学教师应如何渗透德育呢?
