教师互相听课、评课,是教师之间取长补短、实现“资源共享”的重要途径。许多学校对此都有这样的要求:每个教师每月听、评课不少于多少节,并在课后组织教师进行交流。但不尽人意的是,许多老师为了完成这一任务,实际操作却是:每月按数量要求听课,听课记录寥寥几笔,听到哪儿记哪儿,课后思考和交流也不多。这样听课,很难达到相得益彰的目的。久而久之,教师们对校内的听课活动就不以为然了。 最近,本校请专家就“新课标”的实施举行专题讲座,其中对听课、
