我们在1983-1985年研究证明:花生苗期叶片、土壤的含硼量与产量三者之间,存在着极显著的相关性。但采集哪个部位的叶片和白天内什么时间取样才能获得含硼量较高而且稳定的样品,既有利于提高化验硼的准确性,又不致于因采样过多而影响生产。我们于1988年开展了这方面的研究工作,旨在为花生叶片硼素营养诊断提出适宜采集的叶片和时间。现将这方面的研究资料整理如下。
Our 1983-1985 study showed that: there is a significant correlation between the boron content in the leaves and soil at the seedling stage and the yield of peanut. However, it is not only beneficial to improve the accuracy of boron testing but also affect the production due to the sampling of which part of the leaves and when sampling during the day to obtain samples with high and stable boron content. In 1988, we carried out research work in this area to propose appropriate harvesting time and leaf fragments for the diagnosis of boron nutrition in peanut leaves. Now the research data in this area are summarized below.
