目的:基于个体化原则优化选择长效DHP-CCB。方法:基于层次分析法构造分析模型,应用yaahp9.1软件逐级对各判断矩阵进行计算,根据结果选择权重最大的备选方案为最优方案。结果:结合实例对疗效、安全性、日成本及对疗效各影响因素重要性的综合评估,4种长效DHP-CCB的权重分别为非洛地平缓释片0.323 6,硝苯地平控释片0.272 3,氨氯地平0.208 6,拉西地平0.194 5。非洛地平缓释片为最优方案。结论:应用层次分析法原理,利用yaahp 9.1软件可以简洁实用地选择最优给药方案。
Objective: To optimize and select long-acting DHP-CCB based on the principle of individualization. Methods: Based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, the analysis model was constructed. The yaahp9.1 software was used to calculate each judgment matrix step by step. According to the results, the best option was chosen as the optimal one. Results: According to the comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy, safety, daily cost and the importance of the factors influencing the curative effect, the weights of four long-acting DHP-CCBs were respectively 0.323 6 for felodipine, 0.272 3, amlodipine 0.208 6, lacidipine 0.194 5. Felodipine sustained release tablets for the optimal program. Conclusion: Using the principle of AHP, yaahp 9.1 software can be used to select the optimal dosage regimen in a simple and practical way.
