为妥善安置残疾人就业,我市于1994年发布北京市人民政府10号令,公布了《北京市按比例安排残疾人就业办法》。在条文的第五条中规定“本市行政区域内的机关、团体、企业(福利企业除外)、事业单位都应当按照不少于本单位在职职工总数1.7%的比例安排残疾人就业。”并在第七条
In order to properly employ people with disabilities, the municipality promulgated Decree No.10 of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government in 1994, promulgating the “Measures for Proportioning Disabilities Employment in Beijing”.
