针对福建省小语种口译人才的需求情况和高校人才培养现状进行访谈和问卷调查。据调查结果,福建省小语种口译人才呈现严重的数量短缺和质量不足等问题,而高校的小语种口译人才培养与社会需求脱节。笔者在分析调查结果的基础上,提出福建省地方院校的小语种口译人才培养模式改革的对策。探讨小语种口译人才的培养模式改革,具有普遍性意义。
According to the needs of small language interpreters in Fujian Province and the status quo of personnel training in colleges and universities to conduct interviews and questionnaires. According to the survey results, there are serious problems such as the shortage of quantity and lack of quality in small-language interpreters in Fujian Province, while the training of interpreters in small language in colleges and universities is out of line with the needs of the community. On the basis of analyzing the survey results, the author puts forward the countermeasures to reform the training mode of small language interpreters in local colleges and universities in Fujian Province. It is of universal significance to explore the reform of training mode of interpreters in small languages.
