随着汽车运输的发展,对汽车的使用寿命、可靠安全性和节约能源等方面的要求也就越来越高,尤其是对能源的节约更是当前和今后被关注的方面。在生产实践中,汽车节能的主要措施包括:改进汽车结构;改善燃烧条件,提高燃烧效率;减少部件摩擦和驱动功率损失等。其中减少部件的摩擦损失和传动件功率的消耗,是汽车修理企业一直重视的问题。实践表明,汽车保修质量与燃油的消耗有很大的关系。下面仅以严格标准、合理控制形位公差、保证加工件的修理质量和装配质量、提高机械效率减少功率损失等一些问题进行初步分析。
With the development of automobile transportation, the requirements on the service life, reliable safety and energy saving of automobiles are also getting higher and higher. In particular, the energy conservation is more and more concerned now and in the future. In production practice, the main energy-saving measures for automobiles include: improving automobile structure; improving combustion conditions, improving combustion efficiency; reducing component friction and driving power loss. Among them, the friction loss of the parts and the power consumption of transmission parts are the problems that automobile repair enterprises attach importance to. Practice shows that the quality of car warranty and the consumption of fuel has a great relationship. The following is only a strict standard, reasonable control of form and position tolerance, to ensure the quality of the repair parts and assembly quality, improve mechanical efficiency and reduce power loss and some other issues for a preliminary analysis.
