“统筹分训”是目前基层部队培养军械装备修理人员的重要方式,是破解装备保障单个人员分类分级训练难落实、工训矛盾突出、训练质量难保证等问题的有效举措。对于“统筹分训”实施过程中的教学队伍,总部明确指出以部队军官和中高级士官为主体,以上级加强的专业教练员为辅助,以聘请装备承制单位技术人才、军地院校师资为补充。因此,扮演教练员角色的装备保障士官人才的作用也越来越重要。作为装备保障士官人才的培养基地,士官院校必须着眼于装备保障力建设的长远发展,面向部队需求,深入分析部队在装备保障训练中存在的问题,在院校人才培养目标、教学内容和方法、师资和条件建设、学业评价等方面适时做出调整和改革,充分发挥其造血功能,为部队培养更多的高质量士官人才。
