利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究B95铝合金在添加H_2O_2的0.01 mol/L CeCl_3溶液中铈盐转化膜的形成过程,以及H_2O_2对合金表面成膜过程的影响.结果表明,EIS的变化清楚显示了B95铝合金在CeCl_3溶液中的成膜过程.转化膜的成膜过程可以分成三个阶段:形成阶段,成长阶段和稳定平衡阶段.在0.01 mol/LCeCl_3溶液中浸泡生成的转化膜不够致密,随着在溶液中浸泡时间的延长,转化膜的性能下降;添加H_2O_2后,一方面加快铈盐转化膜形成速度,特别是形成阶段,使原需24 h的过程缩短为1.5 h;另一方面,H_2O_2促使B95表面转化膜更加致密,阻止水的渗透,转化膜的阻抗值呈现逐渐增大的趋势.
The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to study the formation of cerium conversion coatings on B95 aluminum alloy in 0.01 mol / L CeCl 3 solution with H 2 O 2 addition and the effect of H 2 O 2 on the film formation. After the addition of H 2 O 2, the formation rate of cerium conversion coating was accelerated, especially in the formation stage, which shortened the original 24 h to 1.5 h. On the other hand , H 2 O 2 promoted the surface conversion coating of B95 to be denser, prevented the infiltration of water, and the impedance of conversion coating showed a gradual increase trend.
