本文针对客运内燃机车的运行特点,提出提高客运内燃机车低速运行区域制动效果的两种电阻制动线路。具有动态均衡连接的电阻制动线路在低速区段可使粘着重量利用系数达到0.66,较之传统线路提高一倍,并可在不撒砂的情况下消除轮对的打滑现象;制动电阻链式连接的线路在35~5km/h的运行速度区域内,平均制动力增加一倍,大大地减轻了列车由于同空气制动而引起的纵向振动,改善了舒适性。文中对两种电阻制动电路工作作了简要说明。
In this paper, according to the operation characteristics of passenger diesel locomotives, two kinds of resistance braking circuits are proposed to improve the braking effect in the low speed running area of passenger diesel locomotives. Resistance braking circuit with dynamic balanced connection can make the coefficient of adhesive weight utilization reach 0.66 in low speed section, doubling the traditional circuit, and can eliminate the wheel slip phenomenon without spreading sand.
