伴随着我国经济的快速发展、社会的不断进步,各行各业迎来了前所未有的广阔前景。医院作为重要的事业单位,更是在不断地扩大规模,不断地深入体制改革。而在医院的管理当中,人事档案管理工作是重中之重,也是公众关注的焦点。基于此,通过对当今现阶段我国医院人事管理的现状进行分析,分析问题产生的原因,并且进一步的提出解决问题的策略和方法。只有健全人事管理制度、高度贯彻制度精神、不断增强人事档案管理队伍建设,才能更好地促进医院的可持续发展和竞争实力的大幅度提升。
With the rapid economic development in China and the continuous social progress, all walks of life have ushered in an unprecedented bright future. As an important institution, the hospital is constantly expanding its scale and continuously deepening its system reform. Among the management of the hospital, the management of personnel files is the top priority and also the focus of public attention. Based on this, by analyzing the present situation of hospital personnel management in our country at this stage, we analyze the causes of the problems and further propose the strategies and methods to solve the problems. Only by improving the personnel management system, implementing the spirit of the system in a high degree, and continuously enhancing the building of a contingent of personnel files can the promotion of the sustainable development of hospitals and the substantial enhancement of their competitiveness be enhanced.
