However, there is not much report of one of its own tumors being transferred to another tumor that is present on its own. The authors report a case of a 62-year-old patient with suspected lung cancer before his death and his general autopsy revealed extensive metastases throughout the body, with the exception of his primary gastric cancer, and metastasis to uterine fibroids. Autopsy: A circular ulcer with a diameter of 1 cm can be seen on the posterior wall of the gastric horn. No tissue reaction is seen on the serosal surface, and the surrounding lymph nodes are not large. See under the microscope
