利用两支相对而立的桅杆提吊大型设备是安装施工行业常用的起重技术,我公司在上海高桥炼油厂、高桥化工厂和上海石油化工总厂等许多石油化工生产装置安装中,成功地运用本方法吊装了多台200~400吨级的重型塔,使本吊装技术在实践中得到了完善和发展。一、特点1.在设备基础的两侧,需要对称竖立两支合适长度的钢制桅杆。2.每支桅杆用一根主缆风、二根主副缆风和四根副缆风子以稳定,缆风面的夹角为45°左右,缆风与地面的夹角一般为30°。
Lifting large-scale equipment with two opposing masts is commonly used lifting technology in the installation and construction industry. Our company successfully installed many petrochemical production facilities such as Shanghai Gaoqiao Refinery, Gaoqiao Chemical Plant, and Shanghai Petrochemical General Plant. Using this method, several heavy-duty towers weighing 200-400 tons were hoisted, making this lifting technology perfect and developed in practice. I. Features 1. On both sides of the equipment foundation, two steel masts of appropriate length need to be erected symmetrically. 2. Each mast is stabilized by one main cable wind, two main and auxiliary cable winds and four auxiliary cable winds. The included angle of cable wind surface is about 45°, and the angle between the cable wind and the ground is generally 30°. .
