翘皮缺陷是一种存在于钢板表面的常见缺陷,严重影响钢板的综合性能。采用SEM、EDS和OM等检测手段,对冷轧板翘皮缺陷成因和影响因素进行了分析研究。结果表明:夹杂物、异常组织、气泡及氧化通道是导致冷轧板翘皮缺陷的四大原因。夹杂物主要是由保护渣卷渣形成的;异常组织是由淬火力度不够造成的;在轧制过程中,气泡受轧制力的作用沿轧向延伸,最终由钢板表面逸出引起表皮翘起;氧化通道是由于铸坯表面微小裂纹缺陷被氧化造成的。
Tilting defect is a common defect that exists on the surface of the steel plate, seriously affecting the overall performance of the steel plate. By means of SEM, EDS and OM, the causes and influencing factors of the skins defects were analyzed. The results show that inclusions, abnormal tissues, bubbles and oxidized channels are the four major causes of the skull defects of cold-rolled sheet. Inclusions are mainly formed by the flux slag; abnormal tissue is caused by insufficient quenching strength; in the rolling process, the bubble by rolling force along the rolling extension, eventually escaping from the surface of the steel sheet caused by the tilt ; Oxidation channel is due to the slab surface cracks caused by the oxidation of small defects.
