矿山青年职工作为开发矿山建设中一支最活跃、最有生气的力量,在社会主义市场经济新形势下,其心态是复杂的,他们的心态和现实状况直接关系到矿山的建设和发展。及时掌握在深化改革过程中矿山青年职工的心理状态及其变化过程,研究对策,因势利导,对稳定青年职工队伍,发挥他们的积极性和创造性,提高企业的劳动生产率和经济效益都有重要意义。 康家湾矿现有职工801名,其中35岁以下的青年职工占职工总数的62.7%,他们活跃在生产、管理、后勤服务等各个岗位上,与全矿职工一道担员着年采矿27万吨、出矿30万吨、掘进9000米,充填7万立方,实现利润1500万元的艰巨任务。最近,我们通过访谈和小型座谈的形式,对矿山青年职工现状作了一些调查和探讨。 一、当前矿山青年职工的心态 1、思变心理与守旧心理并存。企业改革的深入发展,已深深触及到每个职工的切身利益。走访得来的结果表明,70.2%的青年职工对改革旧有的经营
