在屋架或大梁上加矩形天窗,是目前在机械制造厂單层工为厂房中广泛采用的一种屋盖結構形式。但是在南方地区,由于要避免太陽的輻射热,这种结构形式就不一定合适。为此,我們去年在設計南方地区的一些工厂时,曾设计了一种鋸齿形的鋼筋混凝土屋架。现将设计中的一些不成熟的經驗提出,供大家在探討單层工业厂房新结构形式时参考。一结构形式在設計之前,我們曾参观了一些南方地区的鋸齿形厂房。这些厂房的跨度都比較小,屋盖一般都是木結構或鋼結構的。关于鋸齿形屋盖究竟有哪些优点,由于我們沒有进行过系统的观测,所以不能提出十分确切的意見。但是根据我们参观时所見到的实际情况和所听到的生产單位的意見,認为鋸齿形屋盖主要有下列两个优点:首先是这种屋盖的天窗可以全部朝北,能避免太陽的直接照射,減少太陽的輻射热;这
Adding a rectangular sunroof to a roof truss or girder is a form of roof structure that is currently widely used in factory buildings. However, in the southern region, this structure may not be suitable due to the need to avoid the radiant heat of the sun. To this end, we designed a zig-zag reinforced concrete truss during the design of some factories in the southern region last year.
