我区在省结防院的统一部署下,于1985年4月开始进行初、复治肺结核选例化疗。根据本区实际情况,各县、市结核病防治所实行了“转诊给奖”的办法,一年来不论病例发现还是组织管理都收到了很好的效果,现将情况介绍如下: 一、概况全区有菖县、日照、莒南、沂南、沂水、临沂、临沭、费县、苍山、郯城10个县、市结防所承担化疗选例,为了更好地完成选例任务,降低本区疫情,除部分县市进行“流调”选例外,同时在各县、市范围内实行了“转诊给奖”,自1985年4月～1986
