梅山铁矿是我国大型黑色金属矿山之一,采用无底柱大间距分段崩落法开采。运输工作是采矿生产的主要工序之一,涉及矿井的每个采区和采场,系统中某一环节出现故障,生产就会中断,甚至带来安全问题。该矿井下-330水平卸矿站承担着原矿的卸载工作,依靠车辆的惯性和矿车卸载时的纵向推力,使矿车自动通过卸载站并完成车辆卸载和复位,每年卸载量达400万t。1存在的问题卸矿装置安装在矿仓上部的溜矿槽口上,由固定在矿仓溜槽两侧的托轮梁、托轮、水平限位轮及卸载曲轨组成,总长21.59 m,两端与运输轨道相接,
Meishan Iron Ore is one of the large-scale ferrous metal mines in China, which is produced by subsided caving method with large spacing without bottom pillars.
