利用S1后代轮回选择法,对北方早熟春玉米群体进行了二轮轮回选择;发现C1比C0提高5%以上遗传进度的性状有产量、株高、穗位高和百粒重等性状,抽丝日数、穗长、穗行数、行粒数、穗粗等性状的遗传进度均不足5%,丝黑穗病本轮选择后下降1.8%,抗大斑病有所增加。二轮选择优选株比较发现,单株籽粒产量、粒行数、行粒数、穗长等C1较C2遗传进展明显。
Based on S1 progenies cycle selection method, two cycles of early spring spring maize population in north China were selected. The results showed that the genetic improvement rate of C1 higher than C0 was the yield, plant height, ear height and 100-grain weight. The genetic progress of days, ear length, number of rows per ear, number of rows per ear, number of rows per head, ear diameter and other traits were less than 5%, and the incidence of smut was increased by 1.8% after the current round of smut selection. Two rounds of selected preferred strains found that single grain yield per plant, grain number, line grain number, spike length and other C1 than C2 genetic progress significantly.
