内皮素(Enaotnelin,ET)是一种具有强烈缩血管效应的多肽,本文研究应用放射免疫分析测定38例脑出血(ICH)患者血浆和32例蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者血浆和脑脊液的ET含量,并分析ET与脑出血和SAH患者病情程度的关系。结果显示:(1)脑出血患者血浆ET含量测定显著高于对照组(p<0.01),以发病后8~14天最高,严重神经缺损的患者血浆ET水平明显高于轻型的患者。(2)SAH患者血浆和脑脊液中ET水平显著高于对照组(p<0.01),以发病后4~14天最高。结果表明,ET RIA是一项简易的检测方法,它对出血性脑血管病的诊断、病情观察和预后估计均有重要的临床意义,并提供一项新的诊断指标。
Endothelin (ET) is a polypeptide with a strong vasoconstrictive effect. In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in 38 patients with ICH and 32 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) ET content and analyze the relationship between ET and the severity of cerebral hemorrhage and SAH patients. The results showed that: (1) The plasma ET levels in patients with ICH were significantly higher than those in the control group (p <0.01). The plasma ET levels were the highest in patients with severe neurological deficits at 8-14 days after onset and were significantly higher than those in patients with mild type of neurological deficits. (2) The level of ET in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of patients with SAH was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.01), with the highest level at 4 to 14 days after onset. The results show that ET RIA is a simple and convenient method of detection, which has important clinical significance for the diagnosis, observation and prognosis of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease and provides a new diagnostic indicator.
