利用巯基硅烷偶联剂和氨基硅烷偶联剂分别通过2种不同的合成方法制备出了功能化的MCM-41介孔材料,使用TEM、XRD、N2吸附-脱附、IR、SEM等手段对产物进行了测试和表征,并将各种介孔材料用于重金属离子的吸附研究。结果表明,常温下成功合成出的功能化介孔材料均在一定程度上提高了对重金属离子的吸附能力,特别是两步法氨基功能化材料对Cu2+和Pt2+的去除率分别达到了96.42%和99.56%,但是一步法因模板剂去除不完全而在一定程度上影响了吸附效果。
The functionalized MCM-41 mesoporous materials were prepared by two different synthesis methods using mercaptosilane coupling agent and aminosilane coupling agent respectively. The mesoporous materials MCM-41 were characterized by TEM, XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, IR and SEM The products were tested and characterized, and a variety of mesoporous materials for heavy metal ions adsorption studies. The results showed that the functionalized mesoporous materials successfully synthesized at room temperature all improved the adsorption capacity of heavy metal ions to a certain extent. Especially, the removal rates of Cu2 + and Pt2 + by two-step amino functionalized materials reached 96.42% and 99.56%, but one-step method to remove the incomplete template to a certain extent affected the adsorption effect.
