国产HY-35型农用软X光机检验林木种子品质效果良好。感光材料除用X光胶片、120胶片外可用放大纸在黑暗条件下,直接照射一次成像,减少了第二次暗室印象程序,快速、准确且经济,但曝光时间应适当加长。樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var mongolica Litv)种子,根据图片上的发育级频率及测定的归约系数按公式计算结构潜力(AP值,即潜在发芽能力)与实际发芽率极为近似。 用软X光机拍摄种子发育动态时糖槭(Acer negundo)翅果获得了成功的照片。 用BaCl_2作衬比剂20%浓度溶液、浸泡糖槭种子24h后拍片,明显地反映出种子生活力低的负片上色深、正片上色浅。 我们还对兴安落叶松、红皮云杉、油松、紫椴、糠椴、杜松、偃松等种子用软X光机进行品质检验获得了良好的结果。
Domestic HY-35 type of agricultural soft X-ray inspection of tree seed quality is good. Acer negundo samara was successfully photographed using a soft X-ray machine during seed development. Using BaCl 2 as a contrast agent at a concentration of 20%, the seeds of Acer palmatum were soaked for 24 hours and then photographed. This clearly reflected the dark color of the seeds with low seed viability and the light color of the positives. We also get good results on the quality inspection of Larix gmelinii, Picea koraiensis, Pinus tabulaeformis, Tilia amurensis, Tilia mandshurica, Juniperus sinicus and other seeds with soft X-ray machine.
