目的探讨PCOS患者血清DHEAS与肥胖及代谢异常的关系。方法选择在本院就诊的未经过药物治疗的PCOS患者199例,分别检测其BMI、血清DHEAS及空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和血脂代谢相关指标,并对其进行统计分析。结果 DHEAS高值组的TT为(63.33±24.57)ng/dl,Apo A I为(1.23±0.25)g/L;DHEAS低值组的TT为(54.37±25.52)ng/dl,Apo A I为(1.13±0.26)g/L,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清DHEAS水平与TT、SHBG、HDL-C和Apo A I水平呈正相关(r值分别为0.223、0.194、0.171、0.164,P<0.05),而与Apo B呈负相关(r=-0.150,P<0.05)。结论 DHEAS水平与脂类代谢参数相关联,与肥胖及糖、胰岛素代谢无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum DHEAS and obesity and metabolic abnormalities in patients with PCOS. Methods Ninety-nine patients with PCOS without medical treatment in our hospital were selected and their BMI, serum DHEAS, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin and lipid metabolism were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The TT of DHEAS high value group was (63.33 ± 24.57) ng / dl, the Apo AI was (1.23 ± 0.25) g / L, the TTE of low DHEAS group was (54.37 ± 25.52) ng / dl, ± 0.26) g / L, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The level of serum DHEAS was positively correlated with the levels of TT, SHBG, HDL-C and Apo AI (r = 0.223,0.194,0.171,0.164, P <0.05), but negatively correlated with Apo B 0.05). Conclusion The level of DHEAS is associated with lipid metabolism parameters, which is not related to obesity, glucose and insulin metabolism.
