1985年以来,配合承包制,首先在我国全民所有制工业企业中试行和推广了工资总额同经济效益挂钩的办法。几年来,我省实行工效挂钩由点到面,从工交企业扩展到商业、建筑业和公用事业企业,从全民所有制扩展到集体所有制。到1988年末,全省已有971户企业实行工效挂钩,其中大中型企业329户,占全省大中型企业(719户)的46%,截至1989年7月末,全省挂钩企业又增至1359户。
Since 1985, in line with the contracting system, the method of linking the total salary to the economic benefits has been tried out and promoted in China’s industrial enterprises under ownership by the whole people. Over the past few years, the implementation of ergonomic linkage in our province has grown from point to point, from industrial and commercial enterprises to commercial, construction and utility companies, and from ownership by the whole people to collective ownership. By the end of 1988, 971 enterprises in the province had implemented ergonomic linkages, including 329 large and medium-sized enterprises, accounting for 46% of the province’s large and medium-sized enterprises (719 households).
