目的:为建立黔产金线莲药材质量标准提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法对黔产金线莲药材进行鉴别与分析。结果:以强心苷类成分、芦丁、异鼠李素和槲皮素为指标进行薄层色谱鉴别,结果显示9批金线莲药材均含有强心苷类成分和芦丁,8批金线莲药材含有异鼠李素,6批金线莲药材含有槲皮素。结论:不同产地金线莲药材所含化学成分有一定差异,建立的金线莲药材强心苷类和芦丁的薄层色谱鉴别方法,方法简便可行,可作为金线莲药材的质量控制方法。
Objective: To provide the basis for establishing the quality standard of medicinal materials of A. officinarum. Methods: Thin layer chromatography was used to identify and analyze the medicinal materials of A. officinalis in Guizhou. Results: TLC identification of cardiac glycosides, rutin, isorhamnetin and quercetin showed that nine batches of A. officinarum contained glycosides and rutin, eight batches of gold Aniline contains isorhamnetin, 6 batches of Anoectochina contain quercetin. Conclusion: There are some differences in the chemical constituents in the medicinal materials of A. japonica from different areas. TLC identification of the cardiac glycosides and rutin in A. officinarum is simple and feasible, which can be used as quality control method .
