在采油九厂齐家北区块薄差储层、三低地质条件,易发生压不开、砂堵等情况。该区块固井质量差,压裂过程中易出现蹿槽,该区块井深超过2000米,井下温度较高,对下井工具和施工过程质量控制提出较高的要求,该区块属于新开发油田,一些前期准备工作不完善,为施工的顺利进行和效率的提高带来了较大的困难。本文从总结施工现场情况,通过一些预防和处理措施,大大地提高了压裂作业施工工序一次成功率。
Nine wells in the oil production plant north of Qi thin reservoir, three low geological conditions, prone to pressure does not open, sand blocking and so on. This block has poor cementing quality and is prone to fissures in the fracturing process.
