自然生长条件下,梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A.Mey.) Bunge.)体内碳水化合物含量随树龄增长的变化尚不清楚。本试验以秋季采集的1~4年树龄的梭梭为材料,测定了梭梭不同器官内结构性和非结构性碳水化合物的含量。结果表明:1)随着树龄增长,梭梭体内非结构性碳水化合物累积量成倍提高,1~4年树龄梭梭非结构性碳水化合物的累积量依次分别为9.40、17.75、73.18和239.52 g/株。2)不同树龄梭梭体内碳水化合物含量在各器官间有所差异,其中非结构性碳水化合物为根内含量最高,光合枝次之,茎杆最低;而结构性碳水化合物的含量为茎杆中最高,根次之,光合枝最低。试验结果对确定不同树龄梭梭单株体内碳水化合物可利用量提供了理论依据。
Under natural conditions, the change of carbohydrate content in vivo with Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A. Mey.) Bunge. Is not clear. In this study, the age-harvested Haloxylon ammodendron collected in autumn was used to determine the content of structural and non-structural carbohydrates in different organs of Haloxylon ammodendron. The results showed that: 1) As the age increased, the accumulation of non-structural carbohydrates in Haloxylon ammodendron increased exponentially, and the accumulations of non-structural carbohydrates in Haloxylon ammodendron from the first year to the fourth year were 9.40, 17.75, 73.18 and 239.52 g / Strain. 2) The content of carbohydrate in Haloxylon ammodendron was different among different organs. Among them, the content of non-structural carbohydrate was the highest in root, the lowest in photosynthesis and the lowest in stem; while the content of structural carbohydrate was in stem Highest, second highest, the lowest photosynthetic branches. The test results provide a theoretical basis for determining the amount of available carbohydrates in the individual plants of Haloxylon ammodendron at different ages.
