以云南典型材用丛生竹的材性分析结果和人造板工艺原理为基础,通过实验室试验和工厂试生产,确定了竹重组枋的成套工艺参数、生产线主要设备的关键性技术参数和工业化生产技术方案。研究结果表明,竹条重组枋具有原料竹种和竹秆部位适应性强、原竹利用率高、工艺设备简单可靠、产品性能优良、用途广泛、投资效益显著等特点,是多竹地区变地方竹资源为社会经济效益的良好途径。
Based on the wood analysis results of clustered bamboo in Yunnan and the principle of wood-based panel technology, through laboratory tests and factory trial production, the complete set of technological parameters of the bamboo reconstituted crucible, the key technical parameters of the main equipment of the production line, and industrial production were determined.
