目的 :研究H point法在灰色体系中的应用 ,考察其分析结果的可靠性。方法 :扫描槐米和芦丁的紫外吸收光谱 ,优化纯组分区间 ,利用标准加入系列光谱数据 ,测定主要成分芦丁的含量 ,并与药典方法比较。结果 :该法回收率为 10 0 .6 % ,RSD为 3.11% (n =7) ,芦丁的含量为 16 .17% (n =5 ) ;药典方法测得量为 17.2 4 % (n =5 ) ,二者无显著性差异。结论 :此法适合于灰色体系的分析 ,为快速分析中药提供了一条重要思路 ,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Objective: To study the application of H point method in gray system and investigate its reliability. Methods: UV absorbance spectra of S. japonicum and rutin were scanned to optimize the pure component interval. The content of rutin, the main component, was determined by standard addition of series of spectral data and compared with the pharmacopoeial method. Results: The recovery of this method was 100.6% with a RSD of 3.11% (n = 7), a rutin content of 16.17% (n = 5) and a pharmacopoeia measurement of 17.24% (n = 5), no significant difference between the two. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the analysis of gray system, providing an important idea for rapid analysis of traditional Chinese medicine, and has certain practical value.
