近来笔者在整理邮品时,发现了一枚欠资的义务兵免费信件封,颇觉有趣(如图)。笔者曾在部队工作过,收藏有较多的实寄封,但欠资的义务兵免费信件封只有这一枚,此前不知为何竟没有引起我的关注。收信人单位属于驻京部队,信件没有写原地址,盖销“山东冠县东风路2/1998.3.19.18”邮戳。封上除了销“欠资”戳外,还盖有“信箱开出”副戳。显然,这封信没有按规定经过部队集中交寄,而是私自投进了邮筒(箱)里,由邮局投递员开筒(箱)取出,属于
